How quickly can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched the next working day before 4pm using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Most customers can expect their order to arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.

What is the process for returning an item?

If a customer wishes to return an item, they should contact us first with their order details and reason for the return. Items must be returned to us at the customer’s expense. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate for faulty items.

Are there any delivery charges?

Standard delivery is £4.40 on most orders. Larger items, such as Dyson products, are sent via Evri or DPD depending on the customer’s location, with delivery charged at £8. Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and type of item being ordered.

How long does it take to get a refund or exchange?

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are usually processed within 3–5 working days. Customers will be updated once their return has been reviewed and the refund or replacement has been arranged.
